$3300 per month including utilities/internet

Ok. Why so cheap? I could make up to $9000 a month on air bnb.

I choose not to because a sanctuary requires love. 

While the lush garden is irrigated. There are some plants that will ask for your love. 

The koi will want to make friends with you as you become their primary feeder and you grow your relationship until they are letting you pet them. It fills my heart to the brim when I’m approaching the pond and they are practically trying to beach themselves as they excitedly beg for my pets and food handouts like puppies.

The stewardship of the land is medicine for you as well.

There is also an option to receive an onsite retreat during part of your stay. 

 

The home itself has quirks. It uses an evaporative cooling system which adds moisture to the dry AZ air. There is no microwave or dishwasher in the sanctuary. The stove is Electric. There are artistic embellishments that are still works in progress.
