what is the rebirthing technique?
The rebirthing technique has been used in different cultures for centuries for similar reasons: to induce a mystical experience using only the breath.
It became popular in the 60’s when a scientist named Leonard Orr discovered that it takes people into altered states of consciousness where they regulate the nervous system, release nervous energy from the body, and sometimes have what can be called a mystical experience, which i truly don’t believe are just random “hallucinations “.
I believe this journey loosens the body’s grip on you so you become aware that you are a field of energy connected to a greater field where we are connected to everything and EVERYONE. With the breath; your journey begins.

To help fill in this gap for such a needed tool for self healing, spiritual connection, and nervous system regulation known as the rebirthing technique , I offer a 2 week course in the practice June 9th- 19th. No class on Saturday and Sunday

Who is right for this work? Someone who is a bold expression of life. Someone who has a history of not allowing the weight of life to diminish their fire and the swiftness of their spirit’s ability to evolve. Someone who already knows we are part of something greater even if they can’t explain it. There is no room for Ego in this work because it isn’t about you. It’s about helping someone find their oneness again through their own breath and to hold a space where someone can finally let go of the layers and express themselves freely. You MUST be liberated yourself!!!!!
You will learn:
Brief history of breathwork and references for continued learning,
How to connect with your client so they know they can let go and trust you
How to make sure your space is ready to receive a client,
How to hold space for the client,
How to prepare yourself to be ready for whatever the client is about to unload,
Science behind what is happening physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally visually.
Every possible experience the breath may create,
How to get your client to access “the field” more easily,
How to open you, them, and the space to receive communication with higher vibrational entities ,
How to explain the process to a client so they understand,
How food/drugs effect journeying,
Who absolutely can not participate in a breath journey,
Music selection,
Healing touch,
Energetic cleansing before/during/after session,
Holding a group journey,
Holding a ZOOM session,
How to do this work from your home
You will be ready to lead your first professional session by Fall.
Training will be held in west Sedona for the group course.
Investment for the June group training is $2222​ ($2000 if booked before May 5)

Breath Portal Rebirthing Certification issued after you've hosted 3 journeys and participated in 3 sessions from other breath practitioners. This is to help illustrate how to make the practice your own by focusing on your gifts and flavor. I can recommend other facilitators while you are in Sedona.
