My name is Alo. I am a retreat leader who has lived in Sedona since 2013 and i have curated a few options of experiences for every budget to get the most out of your sabbatical here.

I use the rebirthing breathwork technique to help you regulate your nervous system, move long stored nervous energy from trauma out of the bodies, and open up your channels to become more sensitive to the mystical.

​

I use the very rare technique of the exfoliative Ecdysis massage as a ceremony to release layers of identity that no longer serve and replace them with your new skin and coach you into becoming clear on what energy we are clearing and  embodying. 

 

I offer readings for creating a powerful line of communication with your higher guidance.

And i can curate and/or guide other experiences in the many power points on this sacred land to ensure you get the most of what this sacred land can offer.

I guide vortex meditations to connect you to the spirit of the earth.

 

Your experience of services can be a full day package or spread out throughout your stay in Sedona.
